The modern and new villa (completion January 2016) is in an excellent location - in the southwest of Cape Coral. With a direct view of the wide canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico, you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The west-facing pool and terrace area promise wonderful sunsets. A large jetty invites you to have breakfast in the sun or to fish. A boat could also be moored here.
