Boating around Cape Coral is an unforgettable experience.
It's really fun to drive through the various canals from Villa Oasis and look at beautiful villas, past the mangroves and out onto the Gulf of Mexico.
It is noBoat license required. The boat rental companies provide detailed introductions and test drives for beginners.
In the direction of Sanibel and Captiva Island you will almost always see dolphins and countless water birds. We have also seen manatees (sea cows).
